  • Where can I find the achievement cathegories?
  • What obligations does the program entail? 
    • a, frequent consultation with the supervisor.
    • b, The condition for staying in the program is to activate the TALENTUD training at the beginning of each semester, and to register to the subject ’consultation credit’ at the beginning of each semester and to have it signed by the supervisor at the end of each semester.
  • How can I apply tot he program?
    • You can apply each semester.
    • Deadlines: September 15, and February 15. (we can deviate from this based on the decision of the talent council)
  • Who are the faculty coordinators?
  • If I just applied, do I have to register in Neptun?
    • NO! All those who apply do not need to register in Neptun, unless they receive special information about this by e-mail. In the fall semester, decisions will be made by October 10, so we ask for your patience until then!
  • What are the performance credit categories?

  • Who can apply for support?
    • The TALENTUD member who presents or exhibits a poster at the given event may apply for conference support. Also if someone needs support for research material, can apply for support

  • How can I upload?
    • 1. Login with your eduID (name and password you use loging into Neptun)
    • 2. Choose the right cathegory
    • 3. Uploading achievement data
    • 4. Attach documents
    • 5. Check
    • 6. Send
  • When is an upload correct?
    • If it can no longer be edited, the upload is considered complete. In the log section, you can continuously monitor where the performance is. 
  • Why an upload can be rejected?
    • a. The category is wrong in which it was uploaded
    • b. No proofing documents are attached (certificate from the supervisor/diploma/conference booklet/journal title page and table of contents, etc.)
    • c. The date you entered is not correct
    • d. The work is presented more than once (the same lecture/poster/article cannot be held accountable more than once - it is not a scientific tour)
  • How can I change research topic?
    • The change of topic must be requested from the current Chairman of the Talent Council. The topic change must be stated with justification, a new work plan must be attached, and the supervisor must also sign it, as he or she must also declare whether he or she undertakes to lead the new topic. Template in the documents menu!
  • How can I change supervisor?
    • An application must be made to the current Chairman of the Talent Council. The application must include: why there is a change! If the topic is also new, a new work plan must be prepared. On the application form, the selected supervisor writes that he/she undertakes to lead the developed topic. It is always the responsibility of the student to inform the former supervisor!
